When the clinic is closed, you may reach our TeleHealth phone system at 1-866-553-7205. This is a free, confidential telephone service that is available to enrolled patients for health advice from a Registered Nurse when the clinic is closed.

Our Holiday clinic hours are the following for ACUTE CARE during this Holiday season:

• December 22 (Monday): Clinic is open between 9 am - 8 pm.
• December 23 (Tuesday): Clinic is open between 9 am - 8 pm. 
• December 24 (Wednesday): Clinic is open between 9 am - 12 pm. 
• December 25 (Thursday): Clinic is closed. 
• December 26 (Friday): Clinic is closed. 

• December 27 (Saturday): Clinic is open between 9 -12 pm.
• December 28 (Sunday): Clinic is open between 9 -12 pm.

• December 29 (Monday): Clinic is open between 9 am - 8 pm. 
• December 30 (Tuesday): Clinic is open between 9 am and 8 pm. 
• December 31 (Wednesday): Clinic is open between 9 am - 3 pm. 
• January 1 (Thursday): Clinic is closed. 
• January 2 (Friday): Clinic is open between 9 am - 5 pm. 

• January 3 (Saturday): Clinic is open between 9am - 12 pm.
• January 4 (Sunday): Clinic is open between 9 am -12 pm.
