What is Mood Walks?
Mood Walks is a province-wide initiative that promotes physical activity in nature, or “green exercise,” as a way to support both physical and mental well-being.

Participants will join group walks of approximately 2–5 km at Lake Aquitaine Park and nearby walking paths.
Eligibility:
Adults aged 18 and older who are able to walk 2 km or more independently
Open to community patients
