Mental Health and Addiction: A Road Map to Recovery

Join us via Zoom for this one hour virtual workshop where our health professionals will discuss:

• tips for coping with mental health and concurrent disorders
• therapies for management such as cognitive behavioural therapy
• using mindfulness as a coping strategy
• the relationship between nutrition and mental health or 'food and mood'
• addiction treatment and medications
• where to locate community resources and other supports

This workshop will be co-facilitated by a registered social worker, registered dietician and family physician from the Credit Valley Family Health Team.
